We’re constantly bombarded with messaging about which products to use and which companies we should trust. That’s why I’ve compiled everything I recommend onto one page. These are things I personally rely on to save time and money.
Disclosure: Some of the links below are affiliate links. This means I may earn a small commission if you click or decide to try one of these products. I’d never recommend anything I don’t personally use. Affiliate income helps keep the lights on at Cashville Skyline, so thank you in advance for your support!
Budgeting / Net Worth Tracking
Personal Capital (FREE) – Looking for a simple, free budgeting and net worth tracking platform? Personal Capital is my favorite. This software seamlessly tracks your expenses, income, asset allocation, investment fees, and more. I love seeing everything in one place!
Digit (FREE) – Struggle with saving? Digit does the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. I started using this app 3 months ago and I’ve already saved over $300! Digit monitors your spending and moves a few dollars into a separate account every couple of days. Their bots save only what you can afford.

Ibotta (FREE) – Don’t like couponing? Me either! Luckily, Ibotta helps you earn cash back through their app on items you buy every day like groceries, household supplies, and more!
Credit Sesame (FREE) – Need a free way to check your credit score? Credit Sesame offers a free score, score analysis, and credit monitoring. No credit card required!
FreshBooks – Are you a solopreneur like me? You need FreshBooks! I recently started using it to send invoices, track my income, and more. Save on PayPal fees by paying .50 per transaction vs. the 2.9% + .30 a transaction they normally charge. Huge time and money saver!
Airbnb – Tired of hotels? Me too! I’ve stayed in Airbnbs all over the world. They are almost always cheaper and more comfortable.
Buffer – Buffer is my go-to scheduling software for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Plus. It’s a simple, powerful tool for driving traffic and increasing engagement.
Social Warfare – Social Warfare is the only social sharing plugin you need. These buttons are both beautiful and lightning-fast. I especially love the ability to customize images and copy for each channel (including Pinterest). Other cool features? Shareable quotes, Twitter cards, and social proof.
Tailwind – Tailwind is my go-to Pinterest scheduler. I’ve grown my Pinterest traffic significantly over the past six months, and it wouldn’t have been possible without it. I constantly use their browser extension for scheduling and sharing other people’s pins.
ConvertKit – I recently switched from MailChimp to ConvertKit, and it’s a much more powerful and intuitive tool for email list management. I love how easy it is to set up autoresponders and segment my subscribers!
Pretty Link – There are a few reasons I started cloaking my affiliate links: easier to track clicks, shorter / more memorable URLs, and one spot to swap links if I change merchants. Massive time saver!
Pinterest Presence – Kristin Larsen of Believe in a Budget is my go-to resource on all things Pinterest marketing. She’s used Pinterest to grow her blog from 1,000 to 160,000 page views a month in a year! This course has completely revamped my Pinterest marketing strategy and saved me a ton of time.
